Sleeps 5/6 guests with the interior layout of this holiday home as follows:
- Large sitting room with open fire
- Adjoining fully fitted kitchen
- Large ensuite double bedroom, suitable for the less able
- Two twin bedrooms and bathroom
- Weekly Lettings organised by client requirements.
- Check in time – after 3pm; Check out time – 10.30am (unless by prior arrangement)
- Linen, towels, etc provided
- Free WiFi
- Guide dogs very welcome

NB: The whole of the Coach Yard at Blanchville (all three Holiday Homes) can be rented exclusively
Confirmation and securing your booking
We require a non-refundable deposit of €200 euro for the main house and €100 euro per house for the Coach Houses with credit card/Debit card details to secure your booking.
The outstanding balance (full payment) will be required one (1) month prior to your arrival.
Arrival times and Check-out Times
We require time for full servicing of our self-catering properties so that they are up to the standard that you our guest requires.
Main House Check in and Check Out Times
The main house operates a check in times policy by prior arrangement and check out is 1pm on the designated departure day.
Coach House Properties Check in and Check Out Times
Check in either of our two Coach House properties is 3pm.
Check out is 11am on the designated departure day.
Customised Check in and Check Out Times
We will be more than happy to discuss any additional arrangements of times however this is subject to our own schedule and availability. Please let us know your requirements prior to your stay.
It is a guest responsibility to inform us of an estimated time of arrival in advance of their visit to ensure that keys will be available. Late arrivals (after 10.00pm) can be facilitated by prior arrangement.
Damage Deposit/Extra Cleaning Deposit
A damage/extra cleaning deposit per property will be applicable and deducted from the main credit card used for booking should this situation arise. Amount deducted will be discussed with occupants before departure or within 24 hours once an assessment of damage / additional cleaning is completed.
Failure to leave the properties in a clean and tidy condition, breakages and other misuse of facilities will result in deductions being made from your damage/extra cleaning deposit secured by the main credit card used for the booking.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties. Smoking in your property will result in a damage/extra cleaning fee applied to the credit card used to secure your booking.
Electricity Charges for Coach House Properties
Electricity is charged according to consumption. Each property’s meter will be read on arrival and departure and a charge of €0.30 per unit (kWH) used will be applied.
We accept Pets (dogs) in our Coach House Properties.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, and must have their own pet bedding and they must remain on leads at all time because of the Horses, sheep and cattle.
Supervision of Children in Coach House Rentals
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Extra care should be taken around animals and poultry and in the vicinity of the farm. Guests are advised that electric fencing is used throughout the property. We are a working farm with farm machinery, it is essential that no one enters the farmyard unless accompanied by one of the owners. All gates on the farm are to remain closed at all times.
Coach House properties can include stairgates on request. It remains the responsibility of parents/guardians to child-proof their property during their stay if required.
Number of persons using the main house or Coach House properties
The number of persons using the Main House or Coach house properties is not to exceed the maximum number allowed for that property (Coach House rentals – maximum 6 persons. The main house is a maximum of 12 persons).
Care of the property
A condition of acceptance of any booking is that the guests will take good care of the Main House & Coach House properties and its contents, and that it is left in a truly clean and tidy state as it will have been found. The care is to include all furnishings, utensils, crockery and linen and though you might not be charged for minor breakages, you are responsible for all damage or breakages.
